The Darkest Shade
Jag befriar den mörkaste skuggan från smärtans dal, med den djupaste vördnad och svåraste kval. På tillitens bro jag bönen ber, känner tacksamheten som någon ser. Mörkret som finns berikar mitt liv med sitt stora allvar, och närande betydelse för ljusets existens; mod att vara god när livet känns svart; morgonen föds i natt.
I release the darkest shade from the Valley of Pain, with the deepest veneration and most difficulty. On the bridge of trust I pray, and feel gratitude that someone sees. The darkness that is enriching my life with his great seriousness, and nourishing the importance of light, gives me courage to be good when life feels black. Morning is born in the night.
