Breakslow

Welcome to our new blog category – Raw! I have been doing loads of raw food for quite a while now and would love to share some of my easy, healthy and tasty recipes with you.
Breakfast, or breakslow how I like to call it, is the easiest meal of the day to make raw. So lets start with a super easy recipe for a breakslow including a drink, a smoothy and a porridge. 
The drink:
1/2 LEMON
Squeeze the lemon into a glass of room temperature or warm water. This drink is a great way to refresh you in the mornings and is cleansing your liver from toxins. 
The Smoothie:
3 bananas
2 apple 
1 spoon sunflower seeds
1/2 cup broccoli (or anything green and eatable) 
Mix everything with your high power blender or hand blender. Pour into your favorite glass <3 Smoothies are awesome. You can basically put any fruit, berries and veggies in them and you have a great and healthy in between snack. 
The porridge:
1 cup chia seeds
1 spoon goji berries
1 spoon cashews
1 orange
1 cup of sliced melon
1-2 cups of milk of your choice (raw almond milk, ric emilk etc)
Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Pour your milk over it and let it soak in. The best is to do this porridge in the evening before, to let it soak long enough. Take it out of the fridge in the morning and enjoy your juicy, tasty porridge.
