Baking time

The last weeks I have been super bissy with this new project that I promise to share with you soon. And on top of that I started to study fulltime this week. Super fun, but bissy! The course I am doing is graphic design which I find very creative and I can use it for so many things. Ofcourse it will help to improve the quality on the blog and I will be able to use it for my new project. 
So that was just a little update about my life right now. You might wonder what all these tarts and sweets are for? Last weekend we had an amazing 24 hour dance party at Ängsbacka and I did the baking for the café. My task was to make delicious and energy giving raw cakes. I started two days before the party to prepare the things I could make ahead but most things where made the evening before the party or even the same day to keep it all super fresh. And yes, I will share the recipes with you soon! I had so much fun doing this and put all my love into the cakes. I was overwhelmed with compliments at the party. Wow, I felt so grateful for being able to do this and so grateful for all the appreciation. It was like people who ate my cakes felt the love I had put into them. Thank you for this task universe, bring it on I´m open for more!
